The room was nicely decorated with all the amenities you need for your stay.

First of all there is no access to the playground and swimming pool from the apartment . you need to walk out from the premises on the main road pass Żabka store and Pepko then turn and go to the main gate where you can park your car, open the gate and then you are at the playing area. When pointed it out to the hosts they became extremely rude and told us we are ridiculous. After that warm welcome 😝 we were asked do we want to stay or not . well I said we can leave but we have paid 4000zł for four nights accommodation so we need a refund to go elsewhere . There will be no refund she says so I said ok I guess we have to stay then. Unfortunately it was not the end of our troubles as while I was walking around in the grounds of the property to find out where is the reception as I wanted to ask about breakfast ect. i received the phone call from the host . I regret that I have answered that now but it’s too late . I was told “ What are you doing in my house?, I can see you on my camera.” I think this kind of attitude was totally out of order. Despite the fact we have check out 2 nights before due to insulting behaviour of the hosts they still refused to refund the money while making us feel unwelcome and threatened. I thought that the customer service in the 21st century revolves around understanding and kindness. What a horrible experience for me , two little children and my parents . Never again.
