Appartamento piccolo ma pulito ed accogliente, vicino al centro storico ed a un centro commerciale Vicino alla stazione dei treni ed ai punti di raccolta per le gite organizzate

Appartamento su via rumorosa se con finestra a ribalta aperta Avrei aggiunto qualche canovaccio per la cucina e macchina da caffè Un supporto dove appoggiare la valigia

Dopo aver prenotato mi è arrivata una mail di disdetta che ammetto di aver male interpretato ma alla richiesta di spiegazioni non mi è stata data risposta. Non trovando alcuna prenotazione sull'app e non essendomi stati tolti soldi ho prenotato un altro alloggio. Dopo una settimana mi è arrivata la conferma di prenotazione da questi e mi sono trovato due alloggi. Nonostante le spiegazioni e la richiesta con largo anticipo mi è stata negata la cancellazione dalla struttura e addebitato l'intero importo. La loro giustificazione è stata dare la colpa a booking.

Эта квартира - просто настоящая жемчужина! Идеальная чистота, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, прекрасное местоположение и гостеприимство на высшем уровне. Я несколько раз останавливалась в Кракове, но эта квартира - мой фаворит. Однозначно рекомендую всем!

Paweł’s place is a spotlessly clean, well-maintained apartment in a modern building in the very centre of Kraków (about 5 minutes on foot from Galeria Krakowska and 15 minutes on foot or 3 tram stops from the Market Square in the Old Town. Paweł is a Superhost and a great person. He met us at the entrance to the building, provided all the necessary information about the building and the apartment, and answered all our questions about the surroundings. He was always available whenever we needed further advice. We really enjoyed our stay at his place.
