Możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania, położenie - praktycznie tuż przy szklaku czerwonym, duży parking , bardzo sprawny kontakt z właścicielką, balkon i widok na plus.

Okna tu przy wejściu, gdzie przy otwartym oknie bardzo przeszkadzał dym papierosowy osób, które paliły na zewnątrz oraz woń ze śmietnika papierosowego tuż przy oknie, brak kapsułek do zmywarki oraz woda w kranie brązowo rdzawa, z tego powodu parzenie kawy, herbaty niemożliwe, choć to nie wina właścicielki.
