The flat was in a very good conditions. And the owner was very friendly. We will definitely go back there.

Everything was very good. Perfect location

The only positive thing was the location.

When we arrived ppl were still there.The owner told us that a cleaner would come and clean after the previous people, but nothing was cleaned.The flat was a mess, the shower was disgusting, the washing machine was never cleaned, the kitchen was a mess, the floor was not cleaned and we found pieces of glass on the floor. The owner said that the flat included an oven, dryer but there was no oven and dryer. We asked for 2 fans and we got the smallest cheapest fans that were useless. The clothes hanger was broken and when we told him to change it he put 2 chairs under it so it holds. The flat is filled with random staff after previous people as clothes, cosmetics, wet sponges after people in the shower and used shower gels, the wardrobe was a filled with used sheets, beds were not comfortable at all and dirty, everywhere was dust, food after ppl, etc... That day we complain to the owner about how dirty the flat is and he did not reply back to us so we ended up cleaning the flat the day we arrived instead of going out. We trawel a lot and we never had such a disgusting flat!!! Resplaing to owner: What 6hr??? We arrived about 13.00 as we told you, chcek in shoud be at 15.00 u told us at 16.00 when we called you, at 13.00 there was still ppl its not our problem u didnt had time to clean what an excuse:) that flat wasnt cleaned in months... after bad review u start lie about we stole things if there was some new sheets for sure we use them to change those terrible ones we had. And what abou children 17 and 23??? My son is 15 and my grandchild is 8 and u didnt even see him coz they arrived later. We dont wish to anyone owner like you.
