Lokalizacja pensjonatu oraz dostęp do wspólnej kuchni z pełnym wyposażeniem.

Niestety okna typu "american haouse" są wypaczone i nieszczelne, z pojedynczymi szybami - co efekcie powoduje, że słychać wszystko z ulicy, a że to ruchliwa ul. Puławska - to budziły nas hałasy ruchu ulicznego. Do tego słabo wyciszone drzwi, w nocy ktoś wielokrotnie wchodził i wychodził z innych pokojów, co również było mocno słychać. Ekspres do kawy - zepsuty [ żądał odkamienienia i nie można było tego zresetować ]

Przytulny pokój, przemiły i bardzo sprawny kontakt z recepcją, śniadanie w ładnym miejscu z sympatyczną obsługą.

Brak parkingu (były miejsca niedaleko, ale przed obiektem nie). Śniadanie w innym obiekcie 700m dalej. Niby nie jest to minus, ale wygodniej jest mieć posiłek na miejscu.
