The hotel was fine, a.nice location on the beach. Room was comfortable wirh a sea view. The food was okay but breakfast quite lomited. Only the lobby bar served spirits which meant that you could.only get beer/wine and soft drinks at the pool beach. Wine was acidic. The changing room in the spa was not clean, a broken shower and dirty toilet. Staff mainly professional but not overly friendly. Ok for.a coiple of nights.

Hotel personnel lack of interest and THEFT from last day ruined our vacation. Check-out was until 11 A.M, at about 10.30 we got back upstairs from breakfast to get remaining belongings from the room. Housekeeping lady was cleaning the furniture with OUR BATH SPONGE (wrong on so many levels) and all that we left in the room was gone! After some hassle we managed to get back some of our items, had to get my husband's shoes and wool coat from the bottom of a dirty laundry trolley (as she was currently cleaning that specific room, it can only deduced that they were hidden) along with a bag with clothes, books and other personal belongings. Bag with EXPENSIVE OPTICAL EQUIPMENT that was on the desk, gone. Toiletries/ cosmetics from bathroom, gone. I went to reception to report this while also checking out, we clearly stated that items were missing and she said they should (not would) talk with housekeeping management without offering support to call authorities or finding out what's missing and how it could be fixed. We were already expecting moldy bathroom smell and an old/ rusty vibe from previous reviews, we were fine with that because we loved the location. Housekeeping lady was rolling her eyes while I was digging through dirty (some even wet, eww) laundry to get my stuff back and told us through translating app (she only spoke Russian) that we need to leave because other guest will very soon check in. My telescope filters and accessories are most likely in a garbage bin somewhere as I don't think she knew what they even were.... The view and the location are perfect 👌

The food is absolutely disgusting. We had to eat outside every evening.
