The place was neat and clean and also a good location.

They falsely accused us of leaving the place dirty, but we cleaned up before leaving. The only thing left was disposing of the trash, and the cleaner assured us she would take care of it. They also claimed we broke the kitchen tap, but it was already broken when we arrived. We didn’t use the tap until our last night because we were mostly out and ate out. When we did use it, it sprayed water all over my clothes, and I had to change. Now they’re asking us to pay 500zl for a tap that was broken before we even used it

The apartment was clean, the beds were firm and the shower was good. The kitchenette was perfectly fine to cook meals, with a 2 ring hob an oven and a fridge freezer. The flat was cool and though it was hot outside we didn't need to use the air-conditioning. There were some leftover tea bags and other cooking oil in the cupboard along with salt and pepper. There was hand soap in the bathroom and washing up liquid in the kitchen The hosts were quick to respond to questions through the booking.com messages. The apartment was located close to the city centre so we could walk everywhere. We parked in one of the parking lots for the first couple of nights which worked out at 70zl for 24 hours. There was a ticket and payment machine. After going out for the day, when we came back we found a place on the street close to the apartment. You pay from 10am to 20:00 at 2zl per 20mins. You have to enter your number plate and you can pay with coins or a bank card. Works out slightly cheaper than the parking lot, but you have to be lucky. The city centre is in walking distance from the apartment. so we only used our feet. Krakow was a beautiful city to visit.

There was no sitting room as such, just a dining table and chairs with one very upright sofa against a wall which was very uncomfortable. The apartment we had was on the ground floor so there was not much natural light. I used the washing machine which worked fine but it took two days to dry the washing. There is no air movement or sunlight coming into the flat. A combination washing machine / drier would have been useful.
