good location

Good location near main street and town centre. HOWEVER: no idea how the reviews here are so good - have to walk up a LOT of stairs in a residential tower block and then along top floor balcony -room smells mildly of cigarette smoke -bedsheet v v old and so bobbly i can feel it through my pyjamas, 2 v thin and lumpy pillows. -blood stain on sheet on bottom mattress -clean ish but not super clean to hotel standard, still some hairs in sink, fridge not completely clean etc. -i moved out after 1 of my 3 nights, owner refused to reimburse me for the nights after i decided to move out due to the above issues. he was rude and said i had made up some of the issues. it has potential if these issues can be addressed as the apartment has been done up fairly well but a few major things that need changing. the building would not be as much of an issue for others but for a lone woman i felt uncomfortable
