Właścicielka bardzo kontaktowa i chętna do współpracy. Godziny przyjazdu w miarę możliwości elastyczne i dostosowane zarówno do osoby przyjeżdżającej jak i wyjeżdżającej. W obiekcie dostępne wszelkie możliwe udogodnienia - naczynia, suszarka do prania, stołek na którym mogło stanąć dziecko żeby sięgnąć do umywalki, ekspres do kawy. Piękny wystrój mieszkania wzbogacony o przepiękne linoryty lokalnej artystki. Okolica wspaniała - na poziomie -1 dodatkowa atrakcja dla wtajemniczonych, przed klatką zatrzymuje się autobus.
