"Lovely apartment in a good location"

A very well equipped apartment a short walk from old town. Comfortable with everything you need. Clean and functional. Given we have been travelling for some time it was great to have a washing machine and drying rack. Very helpful owner and easy check-in and check out. Loved our stay here.

Minor issue with the A/C as it made a knocking sound at various times during our stay and on one day leaked water through the vents. We reported this to the owner and the water issue was rectified the same day but the noise issue needed parts so continued. It was as I said minor and the A/C worked throughout our stay. Owner was very responsive.

Great location, room was spacious as per pics, quiet, clean and close to the old town. Instructions provided for access were clear and also booklet in the room with key contacts, plus recommendations for restaurants, bars and places to visit (we stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer). Pod coffee machine with pods, tea bags plus facilities to prepare food - not that we used them as there were so many options in Krakow (cafes, restaurants and bars) all within an easy walk.

Nothing we did not like.

Great location close to both Kazimierz and the old town, lots of light, very clean, fully equipped, elevator. Easy communication. We were able to check in a couple of ours early, and checkout a couple of hours later. I would definitely book again.

Everything was great. It was not possible to leave the luggage there after checkout but we got the recommendation of a couple of places 5min walking distance from the flat to leave the luggage there while we explored the city.
