"Great location, nice room"

I really liked the location and an easy access to the building- instructions were clear. The size of the room was good, and the bets was pretty comfy, although defo need a new mattress. There are plenty of shops, pubs and cafes around. Train station is less than 10 min walk

Unfortunately, the building was in construction both on the inside and the outside. They started working at 7am...not great, and didn't finish working until 5pm. I do understand it is an 'external factor' but the owner should give a heads up, so the guess can decide if they defo want to book the room.
