Terrible experience – not recommended This was one of the worst stays I have ever had. The room was dirty and smelled extremelyheavily of cigarettes, as if people smoke there every single day. The smell was unbearable and made it impossible to feel comfortable. When I asked to change the room, the staff refused simply because I had placed my belongings on the bed. They claimed it was impossible to change rooms after that. This was very unprofessional. There was someone else’s hair on the bed, the bed itself was broken, and the room did not have a working battery — the heater was not working either. The hygiene standards were unacceptable, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I would absolutely not recommend this property.

Idealny gość - zapłacił i się nie pojawił. Cyfry kodu na klamce ledwo widoczne. Ale kod zadziałał bo kliknęło i pojawiła się szpara w drzwiach. Jednak drzwi nie puszczaly a za drzwiami słyszałam że ktoś ciagle chodzi. Co w takiej sutuacji robić? Dzwoniłam pod wskazane numery i przez godzinę! slyszałam: jesteś pierwszy w kolejce. Czyli zero pomocy w sytuacji awaryjnej. Zadzwoniłam do còrki, powiedziała ze to sytuacja dziwna i niebezpieczna, szybko znalazla mi wspaniałe studio ulicę dalej. Już 2 tygodnie czekam na odpowiedż serwisu, ktòry sprawdza moją reklamację.

Obskurne otoczenie klatki i klatka schodowa. Mało czytelny kod na klamce drzwi. Brak kontaktu w razie problemòw ( podane byly 2 telefony, oba miały chyba automatyczny komunikat: jestes pierwszy w kolejce - i śpij sobie na klatce z telefonem przy uchu zamiast poduszki). Brak odpowiedzi przez 2 tygodnie na zgloszenie teklamacji.
