The manager of the property was very responsive. The location of the propperty was great, so close to restaurants, transportation, and old city sights. The apartment was clean. It had amenities that made a longer stay comfortable such as a stove top, fridge, utensils, hot pot, ironing board, etc.

Ottima posizione, casa pulita.

Sengene var veldig harde, putene gamle og slitte. Døra fikk vi ikke låst utenfra, bare innenfra. Var heldigvis to kodelåste porter for å komme inn i bygget.

Great location.

Ground floor in an old and dirty building. The front door was double, and the inner one broken probably from a burglary. The bathroom sink clogged. Half of the electricity plugs broken hanging and not working. Bathroom a bit dirty like the walls all around the apartment. Cheap bed with pretty much no mattress, small child size duvet and the cheapest pillow in the market. Noise from upstairs all night. Great example of how important is to have a professional photographer to take pictures for your property.

Small appartment in center of old town. You can walk to all restaurants and it was good value for the money.

The location was perfect and adequate size for me and partner for short break. Quiet and secure.

There was a smell upon entering the property, fortunately some air helped clear that. Communication could’ve been better. I asked and agreed to late check out on last day and we were awoken rudely by cleaner who arrived prior to 10am initially, then stormed off when partner advised we had late checkout only to reappear again to say we didn’t have late checkout… whole purpose of late checkout was to relax prior to travel so we opted just to get dressed and leave. The fact the cleaner seemed annoyed with us about it didn’t really leave a great impression.
