Location, great value for money, self check in, comfortable bed

on weekdays builders start working at 6:20 am on the other side of the street making great noise so it’s impossible to sleep

Perfect combination of location in beatifull hystoric centre with a lots of cafe, shops, 20 minuts from bus and rain station, and quiet nigts without urban noise. And of course, ideal flat with all conviences! Special thanks for coffe, capucino, different kinds of tea for guests.

As for me, no direct communication with the host- is a little minus.

When I entered the appartment I thought woah ... too much... in a good way :D I love these appartments where the host has made the effort to decorate, sometimes/often? over the top. Would I live in this kind of decorated appartment myself? Noooo :) But that is the point, seing stuff on vacation and then returning to your sane (boring?) appartment. I did take away an idea or two. It is one big room with bed and kitchen (well and an extra bath of course..) I like separated rooms better, but that is just the size of it.

Although the street is pretty quiet as flow through traffic goes, there is a lot of parking going on (you're on the 1st. floor). Not too much, but a fair bit. But it has electronic shutters, so you can block this out. Independant of the appartment, Poznan is going through a lot of re-building, especially the main square. This is good and bad: This appartment is not affected at all, not near the building sites and you can book it without problems, (you may want to check other appartment offers if they are building nearby) but it does mean that currently the city is upgrading and will be even better in a year or two, but right now the main square is a huge mess.

The staff don't understand English...I was charged an extra day when I already checked out of the apartment 🙄 😒 may be because I used my ATM CARD 🏧 DETAILS TO MAKE A RESERVATION ONLY TO GET ALERT THAT I HAVE BOOKED FOR AN EXTRA DAY WHEN I HAVE ALREADY CHECKED OUT @2:30PM. I EXPLAINED TO THE STAFF I MET ON THE GROUND, EVEN IF THERE'S ADDITIONAL FEES FOR AN EXTRA FEE FOR 2HOURS BEFORE I CHECKED OUT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER AND NOT EXTRA A DAY WHEN I ALREADY LEFT. JUST TO GET A BANK DEDUCTION 🏦 WITHOUT MY CONSENT. DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY 😕.

Sensational apartment. Very attractively decorated. Large bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Great shower. And a nice little balcony with courtyard views. Comes with absolutely everything. Well kitted out kitchen including coffee, tea etc. Stove top, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer and washing machine. Excellent location. Walking distance to all the major sites and very close to many great restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket. Very helpful host who was quick to reply to messages. I highly recommended this one.
