Чисто, хорошие спальные места, tv, wifi,. Очень хорошее расположение, удобно добираться, недалеко торговый центр "Arcadia". Парковка внутри двора с автоматическими воротами, места для парковки достаточно. На первом этаже дома есть мак, жабка, пицца! В общем классное место расположения, опрятная квартира, хозяин отправил подробную инструкцию и при необходимости выходил на связь.

Единственный минус - это то, что в квартире было прохладно, несмотря на то, что радиаторы грели на всю катушку. Когда мы ездили, на улице было -10°, -9°. Ездили мы в январе....

"Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ale stan techniczny pozostawia wiele do życzenia"

Bliska lokalizacja centrum, widok z okna na PKiN.

Stan techniczny lokalu. W kuchence gazowej działał tylko 1z4 palników, w wc uszkodzony przycisk od spłuczki, w drzwiach do sypialni wypada klamka. Można się zatrzasnąć w sypialni i mieć duży problem z wydostaniem się z sypialni.

Месторасположение, стоянка и бельё.

Вонь канализации в квартире и подъезде, забит слив и плесень в душе, из 6 светильников на потолке работают только два, а в сан. узле вообще отломан, ужасно холодно т.к не работали 2 из 3х батарей, грязная посуда, ржавая и не рабочая микроволновка, грязно вообще в квартире и нет фото кухни, и я думаю не спроста!
