The location of the apartment was great and very convenient for getting around, which was a positive.

However, the apartment itself did not meet the standard shown on Booking.com. On arrival, we noticed a cracked glass panel in one of the internal doors, worn towels, insufficient bedding, and non-working sockets in the bedroom. We contacted the host immediately and raised these issues. While we initially received a response, there was no follow-up and most of the problems were not resolved during our stay. Being offered the option to cancel and leave after arriving from different cities was not a practical solution. Overall, while the location was good, the apartment felt poorly maintained and the lack of proper support made the experience disappointing. He also didn’t even text me or email me booking instructions ☹️
