Obiekt był dość dobrze wyposażony pod względem sprzętów oraz akcesoriów. Materac na łóżku w sypialni był wygodny.

Niestety w obiekcie było brudno. Mieszkanie wyglądało, jakby nie było użytkowane od dawna, trochę zapuszczone.
