Świetna lokalizacja, 100m od największego w Toruniu parku, 15 min spacerkiem od starówki. Spokojne miejsce, blisko sklep, pod domem przystanek tramwajowy dla tych co 15 min piechotą to za dużo :) Wygodny apartament, czysty, super pomocni właściciele.
