Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location.

The self-check in process did not work, as the electronic keypad for gaining access to the building was broken. We had to call the host to come and let us in. He arrived within 15 minutes, which was great, but he was unfortunately quite rude - first acting as though we were incompetent (before trying the keypad himself and realising it was not working), and then complaining about the time (we called at 22:45) and asking why we couldn't arrive earlier. There is no end to the check in time stated on booking.com and we chose the property for this reason because we had a long journey and knew we would be arriving late. Although everything else about the apartment was brilliant, we would not book again for this reason.
