"Odradzam! Zachowanie gospodarza poniżej jakiejkolwiek krytyki."

Lokalizacja

Gospodarz nie odbierał telefonu, nie była wysłana instrukcja do wejścia. Oczekiwałam wraz z rodziną , w tym małymi dziećmi w wyznaczonym godzinach przybycia przed obiektem na mrozie, lecz właściciel nie odbierał telefonu mimo wielu prób. Sprawa zgłoszona na booking. Po interwencji booking właściciel odebrał telefon podając instrukcja wejścia i kod do skrzynki z kluczami, która nie działała. Ponownie dzwoniłam kilkukrotnie i nie odbierał telefonów, mimo że obiecywał że już teraz będzie przy telefonie. Ostatecznie zdecydowałam się na nocleg w najbliższym sąsiedztwie. Właściciel oczywiście nie chce oddać pieniędzy, nie widzi problemu i twierdzi, że obiekt był gotowy na przybycie gości, mimo że nie wywiązał się z umowy, nie wysłał żadnej instrukcji do wejścia do budynku (wszystko udokumentowane przez booking). Trwa spór przez booking. Nie polecam i odradzam!
