Lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko. Cena - dobra cena jak na centrum Warszawy.

W mieszkaniu przydałby się remont. Słuchawka prysznicowa do naprawy. Łóżko w aneksie kuchennym też można by było już wymienić.

Lokalizacja super. Samo centrum Warszawy. Dobra baza wypadowa, bliskość PKP, metro, przystanki autobusowe.

Czystość w mieszkaniu na kiepskim poziomie. Mieszkanie ogólnie do odświeżenia. Nieszczelne okna. Hałas z ulicy bardzo dokuczliwy. Ukłon w stronę gospodarza. Lokum fajne, ale potrzebuje większego zainteresowania, odświeżenia, zadbania.
