"Easy room for improvement"

Having a few broken things, missing lightbulbs could be ok, but when paying for 4 persons i would like to have 4 blankets, or at least 2 big enough to fit 2 people in each bed...

"Outdated apartment lacking in-property facilities"

Location brilliant - very central and lots of facilities close by. Easy access to property with clear instructions for entry.

-Kitchen facilities missing i.e. microwave, limited cutlery and glasses -Poor bedding, very small and thin duvet for 2 people, pillows very flat. One side of the bed had caved in making it very uncomfortable. -TV and WI-FI did not work -Toiletries - property stated they would provide toiletries therefore we did not bring our own. The only toiletries provided were 2 tiny bars of soap so we had to buy our own shower gel etc. -No hand towel or bath mat provided which made it very slippery and dangerous when getting out of shower. Only 1 towel provided per person for 4 days. Overall a very outdated property with lots of road noise making it hard to sleep at night. Property wasn’t 100% clean with marks on walls, dirty floors and plug sockets hanging out from the wall
