Apartament jest w centrum miasta, blisko sklepów, restauracji, apteki. Dodatkowo jest przestronny i czyściutki a kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Gdyby właściciel zadbał jeszcze o drobne naprawy, byłoby 10.

Odgłosy gości z restauracji z ogródkiem, znajdującej się bezpośrednio pod apartamentem, do bardzo późnych godzin nocnych, więc jeśli ktoś oczekuje spokoju i ciszy, lokal w centrum nie będzie najlepszym wyborem.
