It had everything we needed, including parking, a washing machine, an iron, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

When we arrived, someone else was in the booked apartment. The host fixed it later, but his reaction to our polite complaint was aggressive and very strange. Instead of apologizing, he sent long, personal, and offensive messages that ruined the experience.

We arrived at the apartment at 4:30 PM, and at first, everything seemed fine—except for the fact that it wasn’t very clean. However, after a few hours, the temperature inside dropped significantly (it was 3°C outside). We turned all the radiators to the maximum, yet the apartment remained freezing. By 8:00 PM, still shivering in our sweaters, we decided to message the host—and that’s when the nightmare began. We have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional host. At first, he claimed there was a heating issue. Then, he changed his story, saying the neighbor had informed him that we arrived “late” and needed to wait for the heating to kick in since the apartment had been aired out after previous guests. This would have been understandable if we had checked in very late—but we had arrived at 4:30 PM! Even hours later, the apartment was still unbearably cold. After multiple polite messages from us, the host finally agreed to come and “check the radiators” but hinted that we should discuss compensation for his visit—as if we had to pay for him to fix an issue in his apartment! When he arrived, he walked in unannounced, didn’t greet us, and immediately went to touch the radiators, which were barely lukewarm. Then, he started speaking loudly in Polish, in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, to the point that we had to tell him to calm down because he was intimidating us (we were two women alone). He then pulled out his phone and used a random app from Google Play to claim the room was “24°C” – an app that simply reads the phone’s internal sensors, which means if the phone is held in a warm hand, the reading is completely inaccurate. Later that night, we used the same app and measured 17.3°C—far from acceptable! If Booking allows, we’ll attach a photo as proof. After he left, we contacted Booking’s customer service, who were fantastic and confirmed that even they had been spoken to rudely by the host.

Forget about bathrobes and slippers as shown in the photos—there was only one towel per person and one for the floor after the shower. No face towels at all, which should be a basic standard. As for cleanliness, the kitchen initially looked fine, we soon realized the dishes and pots were dirty, and the cabinets were filthy! To make things worse, the host kept sending us messages until late at night, mocking us for not speaking Polish and claiming it was our fault for not trying. He even made bizarre comments about how "Soviet-era manners were different" and implied that because we had paid for our stay, we thought we had unlimited rights—when all we wanted was a reasonable room temperature and basic hospitality. In conclusion, we strongly advise against staying in this apartment. Unfortunately, we read all the negative reviews too late—don’t make the same mistake! And if you don’t want nosy neighbors spying on you, avoid this place at all costs. Read the other negative reviews to understand exactly who you're dealing with.

Everything is ok. The place is very clean and well furnished. Beds are comfy. Host is helpful. The place is not located in the city centre, but close enough to easily visit most important places. Good parking.

Very nice apartment

Parking slot would be better to get entry to the backyard but it was ok.

The room was equipped in a washer, hair dryer, toaster, coffee machine etc. making it a good place for even a longer stay. The host was very helpful. The apartment isn’t centrally located but it’s by one of the main streets.

The pillows need to be changed. The smaller bed / cauch was uncomfortable

Conveniently located apartment for someone traveling with car in a quiet neighborhood.

There was only a single blanket in the bed. The apartment didn't feel very clean even though all the visible surfaces were well cleaned (for example the sofa had some stains that made us not want to use it). The frying pan in the kitchen was badly damaged and there was only a single normal dinner plate. There was strong air freshener smell that could give headache to some people. Entry directions were given only in Polish and after machine translation to English the use of entry code was not fully clear (though we figured it out after few failed attempts). The owner seems to have a bit strange attitude when you look at how he/she is commenting reviews with a less than perfect score.
