Please note that from 15th of June until 31st of August access to the property parking is not possible as it is in the city red zone - no entry for vehicles (excluding taxis). Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the apartment is located in the paid parking zone and fees for public parking applies daily between 9:00 and 20:00. Please let the property know in advance if you want to use the free parking lot in the backyard and whether the beds should stand separately or put together. The apartment is located on the first floor, and there is no elevator in the building.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
