Szybki i bezproblemowy kontakt. Apartament czysty, zadbany. Piękne otoczenie Starego Miasta, kamieniczka wpisana w przyjemny klimat, a Szczecin niewątpliwie urzekający. Parking na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu, miejsce oznaczone. Polecam dziękuję :)

Lokalizacja super i personel pomocny.

Czystość klatki schodowej pozostawia dużo do życzenia i problem z zapachem z kanalizacji był uciążliwy.

Lokalizacja.

W oknie nie ma moskitiery, ponieważ mieszkanie znajduje się niedaleko rzeki, więc siatka nie zaszkodzi. Ale nawet to nie jest najważniejsze. Najważniejsze jest to, że w łazience śmierdzi tak bardzo, że prawie zwymiotowałem, gdy tylko wszedłem. Czuję się, jakby coś tam zdechło i śmierdzi, a ten zapach po prostu nie chce zniknąć. Nie napisałbym tego w recenzji, ale bezczynność właściciela zmusza mnie do tego. Właścicielu, proszę, znajdź źródło tego obrzydliwego zapachu i pozbądź się go.
