Based on the conditions and lack of support, this stay did not meet minimum accommodation standards.

The apartment does not meet proper structural standards, which is why noise and cigarette smoke from the neighboring unit leaked directly into our room through a gap between apartments. This made the place unsuitable for an overnight stay and posed a health risk, particularly for someone with asthma. The neighbors played loud music and made noise from 9:00 pm until 4:30 am, making rest impossible. Given this, we reasonably requested a refund for the first night. Booking informed us that the refund required the host’s approval, but the host stopped responding entirely. The cleaning was only superficial. When trying to move the mattress to escape the smoke, we found yellow stains underneath. The bathroom extractor fan was full of dust, with visible clumps coming out when turned on. The shower head was broken, causing water to go everywhere, and hot water lasted only a few minutes, which was not disclosed before booking. Due to the lack of support, unsafe conditions, and poor maintenance, the first night was completely unusable. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else, as the accommodation and hosting are not reliable.

Os lençóis e roupas de cama estavam MUITO SUJOS e COM MAL CHEIRO!Acho que o mínimo que poderiam fazer era trocar pra receber um novo hóspede não?Achei muitos cabelos e sujeiras no lençol de outros hóspedes.De vomitar!!!!O barulho do apartamento vizinho era fácil de ouvir.Ouve-se até a respiração do lado.Se alguém precisa de paz e sossego,não aconselho!Água quente tem pouca,nem lavei os cabelos com medo de que não fosse a suficiente.

Niestety bardzo nie przyjemny zapach był łóżka pościeli, poduszek.
