Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The check-in process was very confusing — despite carefully following the instructions and watching the provided video multiple times, the keypad codes didn’t work as shown. The video was outdated and unclear, and we only managed to enter the building thanks to a resident letting us in and an elderly neighbour helping us with the second door. We tried calling both contact numbers provided for assistance, but neither was answered and no one returned our calls, which made the situation quite stressful. We were worried about leaving the apartment in case we couldn’t get back in again. The main reason we booked this apartment was because it was advertised as having two separate beds, but it didn’t match the photos — there was only one usable bed setup. The listing also mentioned a coffee machine, but there wasn’t one — just an old jar of instant coffee and a few teabags. The bathroom was also below expectations: no bath mat, no shower curtain, and the shower head couldn’t be adjusted, only spraying sideways at the wall, making it difficult to shower without flooding the floor. While the apartment was in a convenient location and basically clean, the misleading listing, lack of communication, and confusing self check-in made for a frustrating experience overall.

Kilka drobnych usterek do poprawy, deska peknieta, urwana klamka, ale ogólnie jak będziemy w Warszawie to znowu skorzystamy.

Location is fantastic 9/10 Just 2 min walk from Centrum Nauki Kopernik and Elektrownia Powiśle restaurants and shops. Bed was 140cm width quite firm 7/10 Room size decent - 6/10. Bathroom acceptable - 6/10 Kitchen was ok although smelly on entrance (sewage smell).- 5/10

Noone replied to reservation had to wait for 30min and call Booking and other phone number not listed on company profile where I was informed thet this guy is only helping. Finally got room instruction which were quite complicated despite YT clip. Entrance to the corridor via another external and internal corridor seemed like a puzzle. More like Alcatrazz than a flat entrance. - 3/10 Did not like bathtube as it was too small and 3 cameras on the entrance which seemed like prison than a flat.

I could not imagine a better location. Just perfect.
