the location is good, the apartment is spacious. and it is clean.

the shower needs some maintainance. the tray is cracked and may be leaking. the shower head wont stay on the wall. we never got the tv to work, it seemed to be faulty but with no instructions it is hard to be sure.

No lights in corridor

The location is perfect, close to the station and city center, tram/bus stop right in front of the building, grocery store on the corner. Also the host was very nice and helpful and she brought us extra cover and towels when needed.

As far we traveled with little kids (4 and 7 years old), we had to clean the floors properly at the beginning (it was more suitable for adults who do not care so much). We appreciated the vacuum cleaner and the mop :)

Short walk from the train station, and the main shopping plaza. About 15 minute walk to the old town. Beds fairly comfy, apartment warm when the heaters are on full blast. Clean, but toilet bowl could do with a good scrub. Good directions, but a bit confusing and could be improved.

Shower base is cracked in multiple spots and spongy to stand on, only a matter of time before it breaks completely. No dishwasher tabs, limited dishwashing liquid, no plug for the sink, no tea towel to dry dishes. Saucepans were big enough for two portions of soup and nothing else. Blinds let all the light through, and aren’t on all windows.

Absolutely nothing to like.

I regret to say that our experience with this apartment booked through Booking.com was highly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was unsettling due to the dark and creepy entrance of the building. Moreover, the absence of a lift left us to navigate dangerously high stairs. Upon entering the apartment, it became evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The toilet was soiled with feces, furniture was covered in dust, and the dishwasher contained dirty utensils. The sink emitted a foul odor reminiscent of rotten eggs, further adding to the unpleasant ambiance. The discomfort continued as we attempted to rest on the beds, which were not only uncomfortable but also emitted loud squeaks with the slightest movement. Additionally, the lack of a microwave or oven severely limited our ability to prepare quick meals. The neglect of the apartment was evident in various aspects, including a wall clock that lacked batteries, rendering it useless for telling time. Window near mirror has no curtains preventing privacy. The presence of decorative TV and radio units served no purpose as they were non-functional. The whole living room has only a tiny uncomfortable sofa. Moreover, the restriction of providing only one key hindered our group’s ability to make separate plans, effectively tying us together. Attempts to address these issues with the owner were met with horrendous communication. Despite promises to rectify the situation by providing dishwasher tablets and compensation for the uncleanliness, the owner failed to follow through and became unresponsive during our stay. Furthermore, essential amenities such as shampoo, hand soap etc. were not provided, and the limited cookware consisted of a pan barely suitable for cooking a meal for two. Overall, our experience at this apartment was overwhelmingly negative, and I would strongly advise AGAINST booking it in the future.

Very clear instructions given about accessing the property. 10 minute walk from the main railway station and shopping mall. Tramstop outside, grocer almost next door, and an amazing breakfast cafe 5 minutes round the corner.

No light outside the front door to see the lockbox and the keyhole. Only toiletries was handsoap.
