Lokalizacja oraz duży taras

Zabrakło mi informacji o stromych, zawijanych schodach prowadzących do apartamentu 3A oraz wysokim (ok 30-40cm) progu wejściowym na taras - w przypadku rodzin z małymi dziećmi czy dla osób starszych nie jest to dogodne rozwiązanie.
