super lokalizacja, wyposażenie spełniło oczekiwania. szkoda ,że nie ma parkingu w cenie pobytu

w kanapie rozkładanej nie było do końca posprzątane( szpara pomiędzy dwiema połówkami sofy) ponadto pilot od tv nie przełączał kanałów - cìęzko wciskały się guziki

Apartamenty Wodna 13 znajdują się w ścisłym centrum Poznania. Bliskość komunikacji miejskiej tramwajowej i autobusowej. W odległości kilku lub kilkunastu minut od apartamentu bardzo dużo restauracji, które trafią w gust każdego. Sam apartament bardzo przyjazny, czysty, posiadający aneks kuchenny z podstawowym wyposażeniem. Kontakt z właścicielką bezproblemowy. Wszystko sprawnie i przyjemnie. Polecam i jeśli miałabym się ponownie pojawić w Poznaniu, chętnie skorzystam z oferty Apartamenty Wodna 13.

Nie tyle co nie podobało, co było troszkę kłopotliwe. Miałam okna akurat na oficynę, a w oknach nie ma rolet ani firanek. Naprzeciwko jest inna kamienica i naprawdę widać ludzi, którzy są w tych mieszkaniach, więc podobnie pewnie było widać nas. Noe jestem typem ekshibicjonistki, więc dla tego typu ludzi może stanowić to problem, ponieważ zasłaniałyśmy (byłam z nastoletnią córką) okna zasłonami i musiałyśmy zapalać światło. Gdyby były jakieś rolety, żaluzje, firanki, do pokoju wpadałoby światło dzienne. Może warto o tym pomyśleć.
