Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania w 100%. Największym atutem jest lokalizacja, lokal położony w samym centrum Poznania, łatwy dostęp do atrakcji i gastronomii. Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Trudności ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego pod samym budynkiem rekompensuje duży podziemny parking na Placu Wolności, ok 5 minut spacerem od lokalu. Apartament godny polecenia.
