Cozy room (first floor). Getting inside is easy, plenty of parking space for the car. Easy access via roads, grocery store nearby. Good price and quality ratio. Friendly staff.

Minor issue was broken shower (only warm water can be used, cold water tap is broken). Slight smell of mold, but ventilating rooms over the day made it go away. Pictures in listing do match up the rooms, but their order is mixed up. Not a bad thing, just pointing out. Also unrelated to the apartment itself, but make sure you buy bottled drinking water - here tap water is full of chlorine smell, better use that for showering and cleaning.

Beds were really comfortable

The host provided us an electronic cooker and cooking facilities which was nice. A few extra attachments such as shower gel, shampoo, sponge, soap, towels. Also, we were suffering with mattresses but at least the top was provided for me as I was going for my back surgery during my stay which was reported in advance. A warm place-nice.

The door was difficult to lock as my husband had to lift them up to lock. We reported that straight away, however the host promised that someone will come but nobody did at the end. Next, the curtain rail was not attached to the wall, one side was hanging down. The noises from the guests upstairs after night silence which was after 22:00. Guests were slamming the main front doors which hasn’t been also locked during the night and day. I wish guests should lock them for everybody’s security. The room wasn’t very clean: under, behind and on side beds plenty dust and dirt, the lamps on the top were very dusty around and under radiators and in the room cobwebs, corridor this same. In general we have noticed that cleaners are rushing with cleaning and just do it quickly and very generally. Also, they didn’t lock the main security door after cleaning. The shower tile sticked out and the shower did not have an adjustable water regulator which means I couldn’t adjust to the temperature I wanted as it looked like already was set.
