Bad smell coming from the kitchen sink and the toilet, shower is clogged. Furniture is missing parts, half of the electricity outlets do not work. TV is not working. Super squeaky bed and floorboards, could not turn around in bed without waking the other person. No key for the garbage disposal. Dirty sofa with food stains on the pillows. Dirty carpet with crumbs. Two apartments in one listing, if the nice one is taken you only get one option and get the sad one. No soap in the apartment. In general, very dirty. The apartment was partially cleaned and made ready for us at 6pm - 2hrs late.

The flat was nice, location good, parking on weekends is free.

If you have lively kids, they run, make a noise, I would not recommend this flat. We were on holidays and I had 12,10,4 year olds - yes, they made noise from 8pm-10pm, but not later as I know all people should be quite and respect neighbours. But during these 2 hours downstairs neighbour came and talked very angry with us and next morning home keeper came and angry told that kids for sure had jumped on beds and had broken something. I told her to check and she came in and checked that beds are ok, not broken, told how expensive they are and how bad we behave. If your kids are quite or if you are very strict parent, you can go for it, it's really lovely flat but I will not come back with mine for sure.
