Na plus na pewno: kontakt z właścicielem, bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy, lokalizacja, czystość i przestronność apartamentu, wyposażenie kuchni w sprzęty różnego rodzaju, duża wanna w łazience, duży telewizor w salonie.

Jedyna rzecz, która jest na minus to brak możliwość zamknięcia bramy po wjechaniu na podjazd dłuższym autem - zwiększyło by to bezpieczeństwo zaparkowanego tam samochodu. Niby pierdoła, ale jednak zwraca się na to uwagę posiadając samochód, który króluje na wszystkich rankingach kradzieży,
