Znakomita lokalizacja i czysty hotel

Kontakt z obsługą beznadziejny. Zarezerwowałam hotel na podróż podczas delegacji. Do rezerwacji była podana karta kredytowa. Zamiast, jak wszyscy obciążyć kartę - hotel domagał się od pracowników zapłaty gotówką. Podczas rezerwacji wpisałam też od razu prośbę o wystawienie faktury lub paragonu z NIP oraz przesłanie ich na mojego maila. Jedyny do tej pory hotel, w którym prośba została totalnie zignorowana. Nie wiem, czy pracownicy otrzymali paragon i zgubili, czy nie został wydany, czy może był wystawiony i trzeba się było o niego upomnieć przy wymeldowaniu - tego już nie jestem w stanie stwierdzić. Natomiast telefonicznie uzyskałam informację, że został wystawiony paragon z NIP. Poprosiłam zatem o wystawienie duplikatu. Czekam od czterech tygodni. Pewnie się nie doczekam. Przypominam Pani właścicielce, że to nie jest dobra wola, tylko obowiązek. Jak mam teraz rozliczyć delegacje pracowników?
