Czysto i cicho. Przyjemny apartamencie wyposażony w większośc potrzebnych sprzętów. W okolicy wszystko pod ręką i Żabka tuż przy wejściu do budynku.

Rozkopana wkoło okolica, przez budowę nowej drogi, przez co utrudnienie w dojazdach autobusów. Apartament wymaga drobnego odświeżenia, niektóre elementy zużyte i rozszczelnione.
