"Amazing location, but the apartment requires some maintenance"

Amazing location, large apartment.

Very thin curtains, odd smell in entrance room, noise from outside, noise from adjoining apartments, toilet moved when sat on it, bedroom and bathroom doors would not close, main building stairs very steep.

The stairs . Oh those stairs, for an old duck like me, pretty scary, especially carrying luggage up or down.
