Okolicę zwiedzaliśmy na rowerach więc dla nas lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, a rowery można było zostawić w wiacie garażowej. Klimatyczne miejsce, czysto w całym obiekcie, obsługa obiektu wzorowa i bardzo sympatyczna.

Check in was confusing. We had to pick up keys from petrol station. We booked this place and not an airbnb because we knew how isolated the area is and we thought that we would have some support (ie info) and breakfast, as in the listing it states that breakfast is upon request. When we arrived there we found out that breakfast is not an option at all. This should have been made clear on the listing. Then for info they were either not available (ie not at the petrol station) or not polite. Ie before our departure we asked them via this app if they can help us organise a taxi to the station for the next day. We got some very strange text messages on my phone asking how much I was prepared to pay and some other confusing things. As I am a female travelling alone with my son, I didn't think this was an appropriate and safe way to organise transport. We got all our info and help with transport from the reception of the nearby hotel Zubrowka, including on how to find guides for a tour (we were wrongly advised to book online). Generally, the hotel receptionists get 5stars for their support. Also, none of the garden facilities were functioning.

The room was large and there was a separate entrance with a small hallway. The bed was very comfy. There was a small refrigerator too. It was quite comfy. It was possible to use a kitchen, in a separate building. The place has a nice store with local drinks: from the Białowieża region and the neighboring countries, hard and soft.

The refrigerator was quite loud. The absorption one would be better.

Very nice looking room. Stylish and cohesive design. Nice staff (wit one horrible exception).

Breakfast was very disappointing. Coffee machine was turned off, there was no black tea or any other drinks for that matter (even water). 😳 Instead of normal butter there was only margarine. 😳
