Ήταν δεύτερος όροφος χωρίς ασανσέρ, υστερούσε στην καθαριότητα και έλειπε μηχανή του καφέ με κάψουλες.

La localisation, la décoration moderne, les lits et canapé confortables, la télévision (avec Canal+ et la possibilité de caster depuis un téléphone), le couchage en mezzanine (bien pensé), le tri des déchets et les poubelles dans le jardin, y compris pour le verre.

L’équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste: en particulier, il manque des utensils, des couverts et de la vaisselle. Une machine à café serait également un plus.
