Obiekt po otrzymaniu pieniędzy i dokonaniu rezerwacji zażądał od nas kaucji 1 tys zł, czego nie było w ogóle w warunkach na stronie booking. Booking w ogóle w niczym nie pomógł! To już 3. sytuacja w tym roku, że obiekty żądają dodatkowych kaucji i ogłaszają kary, których nie było w rezerwacji i domagają się podpisania dadatkowych umów, a Booking nic z tym nie robi! To się nadaje do sądu. Jak Booking nie odpowie konstruktywnie na nasze pismo idziemy z tym do odpowiednich instytucji, w tym do Urzędu Ochrony Konsumentów.
