"if they fix these few things or just ignore them then everything would be great"

I really liked the location close to the center, quiet area away from main roads. liked the coffee machine and the garden

didn't like the bed in the adult bedroom because the mattress was super soft, worn out and very noisy. the mirror in the bathroom was horrible and the sink was broken. you could still hear the neighbors upstairs.
