The location was perfect. An easy 10 minute walk from the train station, via the planty. Two blocks from the main square. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Apartment was quiet and we all slept great (no noise from neighbors beyond the typical for an apartment). Space was adequate for two adults and two teenagers. AC worked great! Also, from booking through the stay, Sleeping in Krakow was very responsive.

Location was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed including coffee and tea - very clean and comfortable beds too

The people in the apartment above made a lot of noise early in the morning I think they had young children who were running up and down and banging. The stirs up to the mezzanine were very creaky

The location was fantastic could not have got a better spot. Great instructions on how to get into the property. They offered to store our luggage as we arrived earlier, however when we arrived the apartment had been cleaned for early check in. It was also lovely to arrive with a welcome gift of chocolates, there was also tea, Coffee, sugar and milk to get us started. A lovely touch.

The shower was a little small, but apart from that no other complaints.

The apartment was very centrally located. Very clean and comfort. Would recommend

Location was excellent, Close to amenities ( Chemist / bakery / grocery stores / ATM / currency exchange ). Krakow Old Town, Castle and other historical Buildings with a tram stop just outside the main door.

Difficult to pick fault with the property but if I was to mention anything, it would be: Shower worked first few days and then was hit or miss and upstairs could be noisy early in the mornings. As you can see, picky things.

location, cleanliness and all the staff really helpful kept us updated constantly .
