Apartament Levante

Feels like home! There is everything you need in the apartament. Safe parking, silent neighbourhood. The street is with dead- end so there is no sound of traffic. Location is really good for walking. Owner fast responding and friendly.

A nice view and well furnished but not well cleaned..when we entered there was a gas smell but there wasnt anything working with gas..dont know what it was from the kitchen..we had a headache..we had a space in the garage

No a/c but I thought that there s going to be fans..it was hot in August and I asked the agent with a translator because she doesnt know even a word in English and said that the owner does not have any fans..there were no nets and the curtains were small..there were big mosqitoes..

Upon entering the apartment there was a terrible smell of diesel fuel. The apartments are already in need of repair - everywhere everything is broken, the walls are shabby. The windows were "leaky" - when the windows were closed, all the noise from the street penetrated into the apartment. The apartments were dirty - dust in the corners, dirty windows, tables in greasy stains. The sofa in the kitchen was covered in greasy stains, it was not pleasant to sit. All photos were taken immediately upon check-in. If you want cleanliness, look for other apartments.
