Очень грязно. Постельное белье в пятнах и волосах. Сломанная мебель.

The apartment is worn, missing basic stuff like soap and towels for hands. Basically only two big towels and nothing more. No cup for tea etc. Its not a good deal for money I paid, is cheaper a hotel with breakfast. I took it due to proximity of my meetings but I will not go there again.

"Poor service, rude staff, long delays, and lack of care for families. Good location, but not worth the trouble."

Location

Our stay was extremely disappointing. Despite arriving on time, we were forced to wait several hours in the rain with our 1.5-year-old child because the apartment was not ready due to "cleaning." The staff showed no consideration for our situation and even refused to let us inside to change our child’s clothes. We were finally checked in at 7:30 PM, hours later than expected. The lack of professionalism and empathy was unacceptable. I do not recommend this property to anyone traveling with a family or expecting decent customer service.
