"Emplacement idéal si on aime se retrouver au coeur d'un quartier animé."

son emplacement et le côté spacieux et la vue sur la place

Le bruit des discothèques et des fetards la nuit, et tôt le matin bruit d'ouvriers ds la cours arrière du bâtiment... Prévoir bouchons d'oreilles pour bien dormir.
