"Misleading and overpriced, host ignored requests"

Decent location

Shower was blocked, internet none existent, TV broken, host informed and ignored requests to rectify. Photos misleading showing more rooms of another apartment. Host does not speak English and hung up on me twice before I managed to get her to speak to my wife so polish only. Nearly €100 per night would have expected much better. Walls very thin, can easily hear other guests, floors creak loudly when walking, door handles also creak loudly waking kids at night, the two beds are noisy and uncomfortable. Not all that clean, everything is old and wore, photos were taken when it was in a much better state For the price I would expect much better, would not stay here again.
