Przesympatyczna właścicielka, kontakt na mega wysokim poziomie , pościel i łóżka nieskazitelne, czysciutkie, super lokalizacja

Brak windy, przejście współdzielonym korytarzem z innymi lokatorami w którym okrutnie cuchnelo papierosami i stęchlizną, na duże mieszkanie zbyt mała łazienka która wymaga jednak remontu, wymiany baterii z mieszalnikiem ciepła i termostatem zważywszy że dzieciom ciężko było ustawić wodę w odpowiedniej temperaturze, w kabinie i brodzika ciekło i przy piątce osób w tym dzieci łazienka była mokra. Dołożyłbym ręcznik pod nogi, poprosił abym również ekipę sprzątająca o regularne przecieranie kurzu. Są to jednak niewielkie niedogodności na krótkim wypadzie jednak będąc dłużej byłoby to uciążliwe.

Výborná komunikace s paní majitelkou. Ubytování má skvělou polohu – v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra i vlakového nádraží. Byt byl útulný a dobře vybavený, měli jsme vše, co jsme potřebovali. Bylo nás sedm a všichni jsme se pohodlně vešli. Jedinou výtkou je větší množství prachu – majitelé by mohli věnovat více pozornosti úklidu. Velkým plusem pro milovníky ranní kávy je kávovar s připravenou kávou. Celkově jsme byli spokojeni.

Do bytu se prochází přes chodbu, která patří jiným nájemníkům v domě. Z této chodby je poměrně cítit cigaretový kouř, což je nepříjemné. Ráno se také moc nevyspíte, protože před domem probíhá stavba nového obytného objektu – stavební práce začínají už kolem sedmé. Kdo je ale ranní ptáče, tomu to možná vadit nebude 😉

No ventilation in the bathroom can leave the apartment foggy and smelly.
