Cozy Apartment PORTIMÃO City Center

The flat was clean and tidy and perfect for 2 people

Smart tv would be a good addition, the internet was working slowly, but only sometimes

No meals provided. The location was excellent for any part of Portimao and within easy walking distance of the attractive old town centre and the river. Also very easy to access fast road links to North, East, and West.

Nothing really comes to mind.

Great apartment in an excellent location, only a five minute walk from the waterfront with bars and restaurants, fabulous food market, supermarkets, theatre, cinema etc. Very comfortable and clean accomodation, large sunny balcony, one of the best apartments we have stayed in and the host Paula is wonderful, everything was explained to us when we checked in and if we had any questions, they were answered quickly - you could not wish for a better host! We will definitely stay again when we come back to Portimao.........

Everything was excellent

The location, condition of the building and the apartment were just what we hoped for, in fact even nicer. Paula was very efficient, friendly and helpful and welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a thorough tour of the flat and told us everything we needed to know, from the keys to using the cooker to entering and leaving the garage and we had the feeling we could contact her if we needed to know something. Although it is in the city centre opposite the stadium it was very quiet especially at night as the bedroom faces the inner court. The apartment had a lovely balcony, good kitchen, nice sitting room and spacious bedroom with ample cupboards. Wifi was very good and I could do my zoom classes from the apartment. The TV offered a good choice of channels. Everything is very clean and well kept and we enjoyed living there.

No dishwaher which was a problem because I like cooking. Otherwise everything you needed from towels to dishwahser was there and it would have been difficult to position a dshwasher in the kitchen. Also usually unlike us couples go out and eat and there is plenty of choice within walking distance.

Paula treated us like best friends. Thank you very much, Paula! Very clean apartment. We lived in it for 18 days and we had two cleanings and two changes of bed linen and towels during this period. Lots of kitchen utensils and appliances, large fridge, good air conditioning in the bedroom, very comfortable new mattress, plenty of space for personal belongings and clothes. Large loggia. Convenient and secure private underground parking. The apartment is located near the city center and 1.8 km from the beautiful Praia da Rocha beach. But the distance wasn’t a problem for us at all - we love to walk. In addition, there is a spacious free parking lot near the beach, and you can go to the beach by car. On the other hand, the central location has many advantages. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, food shops and two large supermarkets nearby - LIDL and Continente (the best!).

Would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom and bigger shower cabin.
