Parking privado en el edificio, aire acondicionado, céntrico, limpio, con todo lo necesario para unos días, detalles de bienvenida como vino. Dueño atento y responde enseguida.

Todo bien, no hay ninguna pega.

La ubicación era muy buena, restaurantes y supermercado cerca, tener portero 24h, parking en el mismo edificio. El anfitrión nos dejó café, agua y vino y respondía atentamente y muy rápido a las dudas. Apartamento acogedor y decoración moderna.

En el edificio un poco lioso los pasillos y dos ascensores, uno para ir al aparcamiento y el otro a la calle, la ventana del balcón da a otras ventanas y tienes poca intimidad, la iluminación del baño es mejorable, pero en general todo bastante bien.

заезд был очень простой, в квартире есть всё необходимое, расположение прекрасное 20 минут до всех достопримечательностей. рядом множество кафешек, супер за углом. всё было прекрасно. огромное спасибо хозяину

Wonderful location. Easy to walk around the old town. It was great to be able to park the car at the apartment

Staff helpful. Room size was good, but why the glass wall.

No info in room, eg, what to do with rubbish, maps and things to do would be helpful.

It had a washing maschine! Tram very nearby. Parking for our car.

Getting a little old!

From the welcome message I received upon booking this apartment it stood out - Luis sent it in 2 languages and was very warm and considerate in it. He gladly answered all my questions about our stay and even gave recommendations in Lisbon. When we checked in we noticed a bottle of nice Portuguese wine left for us in the fridge - a pleasant surprise from Luis, who is very hospitable and kind. The building has 24 h reception and the reception staff were always very kind and helpful. The studio itself was small but very neat and stylish, it had everything we needed. The books in the apartment outlined an excellent taste and we checked them out in the evenings after long Lisbon walks. There is a good supermarket nearby and it’s just an about 20-30 min walk to all the major tourist areas in the city. You can use Uber or public transportation which is also easily accessible from the apartment, but we chose to walk most of the time to do extra exercise and see more of the vibrant Lisbon. We had a great stay and if we go back to Lisbon we will surely book this apartment again.

kind overall good

It's not that clean and not that well managed, and the pillow smelled like a little bit of mold. I think after the laundry pillows and towelles were not dried thoroughly.
